PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dust seal formed of a rubber elastic material, having electric insulating property and eliminating the need for a radially wide space when mounted. SOLUTION: The dust seal 1 formed of the rubber elastic material, to be mounted between a box 2 having an opening portion 21 and a pipe 3 having engaging portions 32, 33 formed on an outer peripheral face 31, comprises a grommet portion 4 having an annular groove 41, a lip portion 6 having an circular shape 62 at the front end, and a seal portion 5 for connecting the grommet portion 4 to the lip portion 6. The seal portion 5 has a predetermined relationship such that the seal portion 5 has a bellows shape 52 formed in the axial direction when an inner peripheral edge 23 is fitted in close contact with the annular groove 41 and the lip portion 6 is engaged with the engaging portions 32, 33.
