PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem in which a conventional vehicle is troublesome for an elderly person or a physically-handicapped person even on a flat road unless any external force is used, in particular, a further load is exerted on the body on an uphill. SOLUTION: As shown in Fig. 4, if the height of an axle of a known vehicle is the same, the same force is applied to a front wheel and a rear wheel and a large power is necessary for moving the vehicle. According to the principle (a method) shown in Fig. 1, the weight of a rider can be used, the burden can be reduced, and everyone can very easily enjoy a bicycle, which is friendly to the environment and the person.
