PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simply constructed stencil printing device with good operability from which a waste plate container is removed to easily dispose a waste stencil base paper. SOLUTION: The stencil printing device houses a pair of waste plate rollers 45 crimped to each other to carry a used master 44 peeled off a printing drum 9 and the used master 44 carried by the waste plate rollers 45 while it includes the waste plate container 43 which is removably installed on the stencil printing device body 8. The waste plate container 43 increases and displaces in volume when it is drawn out more than when it is mounted on the mounting part 42 of the stencil printing device body 8.
