PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manmmography system for performing tomo-synthesis photographing which realizes the reduction of the exposure dose of a subject. SOLUTION: The manmmography system is equipped with an X-ray tube bulb 2 a high voltage generation part 3 for generating the high voltage to be applied to the X-ray tube bulb 2, an X-ray detection part 5 for detecting transmitted X rays, a support mechanism 4 for supporting the X-ray tube bulb 2 and the X-ray detection part 5 in a movable manner, a photographing control part 8 for controlling the high voltage generation part 3, the X-ray detection part 5 and the support mechanism 4 to repeat X-ray photographing, a condition determining part 12 which determines an X-ray generating condition in the second X-ray photographing on the basis of the output of the X-ray detection part 5 due to the first X-ray photographing and an X-ray generating condition in the X-ray photographing on and after the third X-ray photographing different from the X-ray generating condition of the second X-ray photographing based on the output of the X-ray detection part 5 by the first X-ray photographing and an image forming part 11 for producing the tomographic image data related to the mamma of the subject on the basis of the output of the X-ray detection part 5 collected by repeated X-ray photographing.
