PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an accessary for a pachinko game machine which can enhance the entertaining potentialities of games by enabling the enjoyment of the behavior of game balls. SOLUTION: The accessary 13 for the pachinko game machine designed to cause changes in the flow of the game balls flowing down on the surface of a game board 4 is provided with a rotor 43 so arranged as to be rotatable freely on the axis line crossing the surface of the game board 4, a ball receiving member 46 rockably provided on the rotor 43 and a regulation means 51 which works to contact the ball receiving member 46 at a prescribed position and causes it to be tilted at a prescribed angle. The ball receiving member 46 is tilted in contact with the regulation means 51 with the rotation of the rotor 43 so as to discharge the game balls received into the ball receiving member 46.
