<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform an inexpensive and accurate automatic test. <P>SOLUTION: A reading part 500 reads and executes a scenario stored in a scenario DB, and generates test data(signal), and a model generation part 501 generates image data of a reference image used for the verification of a test result. A pattern matching part 502 compares the image data of an image outputted by a test object device according to the transmitted signal with the image data of the reference image. A score calculation part 503 calculates scores showing the degree of matching between the reference image and the display image, and a position specification part 504 detects the difference of display positions of components. A deficiency analyzing part 505 analyzes the deficiency of the image, and a point of a difference detection part 506 detects a point of a difference between the reference image and the display image based on the analytic result.
