<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermally conductive molded article that is excellent in thermal conductivity and can easily enhance handleability, and to provide its manufacturing method. <P>SOLUTION: The thermally conductive molded article 11 is used by standing between a heating element and a radiator, and produced by molding a thermally conductive polymer composition comprising a polymer matrix 12 and a thermally conductive filler 13. At least a part of the thermally conductive filler 13 is formed into a fiber form and oriented in a fixed direction. In the molded article 11, an end of at least a part of the oriented, thermally conductive filler is exposed on the outer surface 16 intersecting with the orientation direction. A projecting part 14b extending along the outer surface 16 is formed on this end. The molded article 11 during its use stands between the heating element and the radiator so that the outer surface 16 comes into contact with at least either one of the heating element and the radiator. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
