<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flat puzzle capable of providing content information by reading machine-readable codes for which imparted content information is coded corresponding to colors or shades from a picture appearing after the puzzle is completed. <P>SOLUTION: The flat puzzle 10 comprises an edge part 11, a mount 13 and a plurality of puzzle pieces 12, and color code information 20 which is the machine-readable code for which the content information 40 is coded corresponding to the colors or shades is imparted to the picture 14 appearing after arranging the pictures 14 on the surfaces of the respective puzzle pieces 12 and completing the puzzle.
