<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a document management apparatus, a method for adjusting its cell specifications, and a program for maintaining each table layout and making each table a recalculation object in a spread sheet when mixing and displaying tables of different cell specifications to an identical page. <P>SOLUTION: A document management apparatus 100 is provided with: a block area designation part 303 for designating a block area 205 including a table 204; an item information acquisition part 304 for acquiring each table item information for each item number; a paste starting point setting part 305 for setting a paste starting point 207; a paste starting point position acquisition part 312 for acquiring the position of the paste starting point 207 with respect to a table 203; a sheet specification reset part 306 for resetting matrix specifications of a spread sheet 201 on the basis of the position; a block transformation part 307 for applying matrix transformation to the cell address of each of the table items; and a paste part 308 for pasting a block area 205' and a table 203' after matrix transformation to a reset spread sheet 201'. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
