<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a metallic plate resistor with an excellent temperature coefficient of resistance (TCR), by preventing occurrence of distortion on an electrode mount face due to a difference of the temperature coefficient of resistance between the metallic plate resistor and a ceramics substrate, even when the metallic plate resistor is mounted on the ceramics substrate. <P>SOLUTION: The metallic plate resistor is formed with a plate resistor 10 and joining a plate electrode 13 with both ends of the resistor. A slit 16 is formed to electrodes 14 each comprising the electrode and the resistor joined with the electrode, the slits 16 adopts a 4-terminal structure to the electrode parts, and the slits 16 reduces the temperature coefficient of resistance of the resistor more than the temperature coefficient of resistance of the resistor body 10. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
