<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seat belt device for a vehicle capable of performing operation such as winding-up of a belt immediately after attaching of the seat belt. <P>SOLUTION: The seat belt device 10 for the vehicle is provided with a tongue plate 17 mounted to the belt 13 and a buckle 18 locked on the tongue plate 17 to hold the belt 13. The buckle 18 has a buckle switch 19 detecting lock relationship between the tongue plate 17 and the buckle 18. The seat belt device 10 is further provided with a rotation detection part 25 for detecting movement of the tongue plate 17 and a determination means for determining that the lock relationship is effective when the rotation detection part 25 detects that the tongue plate 17 is moved to a direction away from the buckle 18 after ON operation of the buckle switch 19. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
