<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce a fluorocarbon resin/rubber composite material in which a fluorocarbon resin material and a rubber material are integrated to be enough in adhesive properties by heating/vulcanizing an unvulcanized rubber material contacted with the fluorocarbon resin material. <P>SOLUTION: In a method for vulcanizing adhesion between the fluorocarbon resin material and the rubber material, the unvulcanized rubber material is contacted with the fluorocarbon resin material and heated. A fluorocarbon resin composing the fluorocarbon resin material has carboxyl groups and/or acid anhydride groups. The unvulcanized rubber material includes a rubber component having carboxyl groups and/or acid anhydride groups as crosslinking sites and a crosslinking agent comprising a polyamine. The crosslinking structure is formed by imide linkages so that the fluorocarbon resin material and the rubber material are bonded together to be good in adhesive properties. A water/hot-water supply hose having an inner layer of the fluorocarbon resin material and an outer layer of the vulcanized rubber material which covers the inner layer is provided. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
