<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To consider a necessity to charge a secondary battery while the processing results of a predetermined processing are used as un-wastefully as possible. <P>SOLUTION: A predetermined processing executer 200 executes a predetermined processing such as an auxiliary processing or a preparatory processing except for an application (for instance, a web browsing, a creation/transmission and reception of an electronic mail, and a telephone call) which a user directly uses. A predetermined processing controller 220 controls an execution deterrence, actuation and interruption of the predetermined processing by the predetermined processing executer 200 in accordance with the rules stored in a predetermined processing control rule storage 250 in response to a power supply connection state, a charging rate, a terminal processing condition and a time. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
