PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify the structure of a system by measuring environmental elements of a targeted space by a plurality of measuring devices to allowing the measurement outputs of the respective measuring devices to be easily controlled by relating them to one another. SOLUTION: Particles in first and second local clean rooms 2 and 3 are respectively measured by first and second particle sensors 6 and 7 and third and fourth particle sensors 8 and 9; and a control unit 10 relates the respective measurement data of the first and second particle sensors 6 and 7 to one another by a calculation process such as average value calculation or maximum value calculation to control a first fan unit 4 to control supply of clean air based on the result of the calculation process, and similarly relates the respective measurement data of the third and fourth particle sensors 8 and 9 to one another by executing a calculation process to control a second fan unit 5.
