PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat storage tank device capable of inhibiting the leakage of heat without providing a heat storage container with a special structure to endure a high vacuum. SOLUTION: In this heat storage tank device in which the heat storage container 11 is provided with a heater 12 for heating and a heat transfer tube 13 for taking out steam, and a heat storage material 14 is charged around them, finned heat transfer tubes 15 are disposed around the heat storage container 11, and the circumference of the finned heat transfer tubes 15 is coated with a heat insulating material 16.
