PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide practical structure that rotatably supports a tappet roller 6 around a support shaft 5 fixed in a cantilever manner on a rocker arm 3a with a small width W<SB>3a</SB>. SOLUTION: An anti-come-off member such as a retaining ring 9 is engaged on a portion of a distal end portion of the support shaft 5 projecting from the tappet roller 6.
