PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a mobile terminal device itself to request output of recorded broadcast contents and then reproduce the contents by mounting (connecting) the mobile terminal device, which has instructed a broadcast recording device to record the broadcast contents, on (to) the broadcast recording device. SOLUTION: The mobile phone device 100 sends out video recording instruction information instructing video recording of the broadcast contents to a television receiving recorder 201, and refers to an instruction information table when mounted on (connected to) the television receiving recorder 201 with a cradle 200 in a state wherein the video recording instruction information is stored and managed in the instruction information table. When there is instruction information for which reproduction is not completed, a request to transfer video recording contents corresponding to the instruction information is sent to the television receiving recorder 201, and then the instruction information for reproducing and outputting the video recording contents transferred from the side of the television receiving recorder 201 is placed in a processing (reproduction) completed state.
