PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor control device which can independently drive-controls a plurality of motors, and can start and stop the drive of the plurality of motors simultaneously. SOLUTION: In the motor control device 100 which controls the drive of the plurality of motors, a motor control block 18 for independently driving each motor M is provided at each of the plurality of motors M. Each motor control block 18 comprises a storage means (table buffer) 24 which stores a pulse data value for generating a signal for drive-controlling the motor, and a pulse generation means 22 which generates a signal for drive-controlling the motor on the basis of the pulse data values which are sequentially transferred from the storage means 24, and outputs the signal to the motor.
