PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce vibration noise by reducing the effect of a false position signal caused by coil excitation, and improving stability of feedback control. SOLUTION: A drive control device includes a drive magnet that is displaceable together with a shift lens, and a fixed coil that displaces a drive magnet by electromagnetic power. In the drive control device, a Hall element 209 detects the magnetic flux of the drive magnet and outputs a position signal indicating the position of a shift lens. In addition, a vibration-proof control section 203 generates a target position signal that indicates a target position at which the shift lens is to be located. Then, based on a difference between the position signal and the target position signal, a PID section 205 generates a position command signal for controlling the position of the shift lens, and outputs it to a fixed coil. A phase compensation section 213 and a feedback value adjuster 215 provides a position command signal with the negative feedback of the position signal.
