PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a remotely operated drain plug device and its construction method, which facilitate construction work for supporting a working part of a release wire, in a drain port and perform assembly and disassembly in a single operation. SOLUTION: The remotely operated drain plug device transmits operation from an operating part to the working part through the release wire, wherein the working part is continuous with a drain plug for opening/closing the drain port, and a fixing clamp for supporting the working part to the drain port comprises a bearing part, curved strip parts, and bridging parts. The bearing part is provided with at least two slits axially recessed from below, and the working part is supported in the drain port by this fixing clamp. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
