PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fireproof structure of a wooden building, which prevents the production of a heat bridge, which does not deteriorate beauty, and which can be easily constructed. SOLUTION: This fireproof structure 1 of the wooden building, a jointing material 3 and a wooden main material 2 are joined together by means of a metal fastening implement 4. Characteristically, the fireproof structure 1 has the metal fastening implement 4, the head 4a of which is coated with a fireproof paint 5. In the fireproof structure 1, since the head 4a of the metal fastening implement 4 is coated with the fireproof paint 5, a rise in the temperature of the metal fastening implement 4 can be suppressed, and the construction of the heat bridge can be prevented. Additionally, the fireproof structure 1 can be easily constructed because the fireproof paint 5 has only to be applied, and the appearance is not impaired by virtue of the small thickness of the applied fireproof paint 5.
