PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure of a seat portion, which has desirable seating feel, excellent in the capability of following the body shape and the load of a user, when the seat portion is composed of a fiber-material laminated product in the structure of the seat, which has a spring member laid across front and rear frame members and the seat portion mounted on the spring member. SOLUTION: The spring member is composed of an upward convex S-spring member made of a spring wire bent in the shape of a continuous S as seen from the top and having a center region in the front/rear direction which is high as seen from a side while laid across the front and rear frame members. A lower recess whose center region is high in the front/rear direction, corresponding to the convex shape of the convex S spring member, is formed on the lower surface of the seat portion composed of the fiber-material laminated product.
