The device (1) has a projection image-producing unit that completes the projection process, when a threshold value reaches once again, after a specific value of the pixels reaches a threshold value in a direction, in which tomography levels are stringed. A synthesis image producing unit is synthesized by tomography with a projection image such that the position of the pixels of the tomography in the direction, and the position of the pixels projected in the direction coincide together in a three dimensional area, when the image producing unit implements the process. An independent claim is also included for an image producing method.
