摘要 <p>The method for manufacturing a filter, comprises partially melting two terminal disks (3) and embedding two frontal edges of a filter body (1) into each of the melted terminal disks across an embedding region that is determined by the profile of the frontal edges. The filter comprises the filter body with a filter web with the two oppositely lying frontal edges and the two terminal disks made of plastic for fixing the filter body at its frontal ends. The terminal disks are produced as a double-component system made of a first component having laser-absorbing material. The method for manufacturing a filter, comprises partially melting two terminal disks (3) and embedding two frontal edges of a filter body (1) into each of the melted terminal disks across an embedding region that is determined by the profile of the frontal edges. The filter comprises the filter body with a filter web with the two oppositely lying frontal edges and the two terminal disks made of plastic for fixing the filter body at its frontal ends. The terminal disks are produced as a double-component system made of a first component having laser-absorbing material that faces the filter body and meant for the placement of the front edge and a second component having a laser transmitting material that is turned away from the filter body. The terminal disks are placed at the frontal edge of the filter body, so that the terminal disks are exposed to a laser radiation across the embedding region along the direction of the filter body. The laser beam penetrates the laser-transmitting component, is then absorbed by the laser-absorbing component and causes the terminal disk to completely melt in the radiation wavelength range, that the terminal disks are pressed against the filter body with a given pressing force. The frontal edges are pressed into the melt and embedded in the same. Both the terminal disks are simultaneously connected with the two frontal edges of a filter body. The laser-absorbing component is produced as an incorporated component (5) of the laser-transmitting component, with a cross-section that is only slightly greater than or equal to the embedding region and a height that is equal to the desired embedding depth for the filter body. The embedding region is simultaneously exposed to the laser radiation. A laser beam that is focused rectilinearly at a point, sweeps the embedding region by scanning. The laser beam is focused in the volume of the laser-absorbing component. The temperature of the volume of the terminal disks to be melted for the control of the laser power is determined and the laser power is reduced upon reaching the melting temperature in such a manner that the melting temperature is maintained until the embedding is completed. Independent claims are included for: (1) filter comprising a filter body; and (2) ring filter.</p>
