<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve the automation of tasks required for determining an individual schedule and a project schedule by automating the concrete assignment of tasks to project members. <P>SOLUTION: This method for managing a project schedule comprises a step for storing the predetermined schedule date of a non-project task relevant to a project member through a member schedule editor session in a member task database table in the first level. A project task database table is linked to a predetermined schedule date included in a member task database table in the first level, and each member task database table other than a member task database table in the lowest level is linked to a predetermined schedule date included in the member task database table in the lower level.
