<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent reverse power state from occurring and continuing. <P>SOLUTION: The system interconnection inverter 4 comprises an inverter circuit 42 for converting DC power generated from a generator 2 into predetermined comb type AC power by PWM control based on an on/off control signal of variable pulse width, and a control section 45 for controlling the converting operation of the inverter circuit 42.
