<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnet-embedded permanent magnet motor (IPM motor) which can accurately suppress torque ripple components with a simple control calculation. <P>SOLUTION: A reluctance torque ripple and a magnet torque ripple are opposite in phase from each other in the sixth torque ripple component and can offset with each other, which is utilized in the motor control method. Current vectors (Id, Iq) data are obtained by deciding and creating a negative d-axis current value having the torque ripple minimized to a variable q-axis current, on the torque ripple MAP to the current component on the dq-axis of the entire torque ripples. The obtained vectors are held in advance in a storage means corresponding to the torque value, and the current vectors (Id, Iq) extracted from the storage means corresponding to the torque command are used as the current commands Id<SP>*</SP>, Iq<SP>*</SP>to perform motor control by vector control. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
