<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle warning device providing an appropriate warning to a driver about objects around one's own vehicle. <P>SOLUTION: The vehicle warning device includes a relative state detecting means for detecting the relative state between the one's own vehicle and objects around, and a sound issuing means for issuing a warning sound, and causes the sound issuing means to provide a warning to the driver based on the result of detection by the relative state detecting means.
