摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide axle lock cylinder structure for construction equipment, which can maintain the operation by receiving no impact when changing the pressure in a lock cylinder from high pressure to low pressure, and can extend a cylinder rod quickly even when extending the cylinder rod. <P>SOLUTION: The axle lock cylinder structure for construction equipment is provided with a supply passage communicating with a main hydraulic pump, a return passage communicating with a hydraulic tank, the lock cylinder 10, the cylinder rod 3, and a pilot valve installed between a passage 13 communicating with a cylinder chamber 4. The axle lock cylinder structure is comprised of a first pilot passage 12, a valve poppet 14 moving vertically, opening and closing a pilot passage 13 selectively, and having a poppet step 19 of a small diameter at an end portion, a valve spring 16 for elastic support, a second pilot passage 17 to connect working fluid to the return passage 2, a branch passage 21 to supply working fluid to a cylinder chamber 4 when extending the cylinder rod 3, and an adjusting plug 18 of a valve spring 16. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p>
