PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a panel bearer which can prevent infiltration of rainwater from a gap of a bolt hole or a gap of a panel bearing portion to the inside of a panel, and to provide a panel bearing structure. SOLUTION: The panel bearer is formed of mounting fittings 3 and waterproof bolts 5 each provided with a sealing material 6. The panel bearing structure is implemented by using the panel bearer. Specifically the panel bearing structure is formed of: a bearing member 1 having a bracket 2; the mounting fittings 3 secured to the bracket 2; the panels 10 borne by the mounting fittings 3 via the waterproof bolts 5 each having screw portions on both ends thereof and a flange 5a on a shaft portion. The flange 5a has an annular recess formed in a plane opposed to the panel 10, and the sealing material 6 is arranged in the annular recess so as to seal the screw hole formed in the panel 10.
