PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To carry out the treatment of sediment and soil in sand pools, and a plowland, etc. by using a widely-prevailing hydraulic shovel. SOLUTION: The hydraulic shovel 1 having a bucket 4 detachably attached to the tip thereof is formed of: a chemical producing means and/or a chemical storage means 10; a chemical supply means 14 for supplying the chemical from the chemical producing means or the chemical storage means 10 to the bucket 4; and a chemical injection means 22 for injecting the chemical into the soil plowed by the bucket 4.
