PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image display panel with a solar cell capable of saving energy by utilizing light generated by the image display panel, and to provide image display equipment capable of saving energy. SOLUTION: A first invention includes a solar cell for converting light generated by the image display panel into electric energy. A second invention includes the image display panel with solar cell provided with the solar cell for converting light generated by the image display panel into electric energy, and a battery for accumulating electric energy obtained by the solar cell of the image display panel with solar cell.
