PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a package of a mother's milk pad enabling the mother's milk pad to be easily taken out from a bag without breaking an individual packaging bag completely and enabling the bag to be used as a waste housing bag housing the used mother's milk pad, and to provide a packaging method enabling the mother's milk pad and a packaging sheet to be fold simultaneously. SOLUTION: The package 1 of the mother's milk pad comprises the mother's milk pad 2 and the individual packaging bag 3 for packaging the mother's milk pad 2, wherein the mother's milk pad 2 is arranged across the first folding line 17 in the first and second areas 19 and 20 of the packaging sheet 3A to be peelably bonded to the inner surface of the first area 19 via a fixing part 11.
