The measuring cell has sample space (10) and two measuring electrodes (40,50). The two measuring electrodes of the sample space are separated by an electrolyte-permeable material. The electrolyte-permeable material is a porous material. The electrolyte-permeable material is sintered glass. A measuring electrode is arranged in a measuring space and another measuring electrode is arranged in another measuring space. An independent claim is also included for a method for filling spectral induced polarization measuring cell.
