The stent (1) has an inner surface (5), an outer surface (7), and a wall (2), which has a non absorbable flexible card web structure (3) under physiological condition for replacing a cardiac article e.g. aortic arch. The web structure provides pressure-expansion behavior by limiting tensibility corresponding to tensibility of natural article with systolic and diastolic pressures. The web structure has a reinforcement component (4) in the wall of the stent. An independent claim is also included for a method for producing a tubular-like stent.
