A hinge and a door are provided to keep a hinge from being projected from a panel and to close the opened door automatically. A hinge(20) installed at two doors(11,12) includes, a pair of rolling elements(22) in which a flange portion(22f) and a support portion(22g) are integrated in a T-shape, a moving wheel(21) reciprocating between the rolling elements, and a connecting element(24) connecting a pair of semi-cylindrical rolling portions(22a) to make rolling motion and having a housing(24d) to house a spring(25) restoring the moving wheel to the neutral position. |
