The invention relates to a new pharmaceutical formulation, containing an LTB<SUB>4 </SUB>antagonist of formula I wherein A, R<SUB>1</SUB>, R<SUB>2</SUB>, R<SUB>3 </SUB>and R<SUB>4 </SUB>are defined as in claim 1, the pharmacologically acceptable acid addition salt, glycoside, O-sulphate or glucuronide thereof as active substance as well as optionally at least one pharmacologically acceptable excipient and/or carrier, the active substance being present as a solid solution or solid dispersion in a polymer matrix. The invention also relates to the preparation thereof and their use as pharmaceutical compositions as well as the solid solutions and dispersions per se. |
