<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure of a skewered shrimp, facilitating the handling of shrimps. <P>SOLUTION: The skewered shrimp includes a skewer 4 having at least one shrimp attached to the skewer. Each shrimp having a center 1 from which husk is peeled is demarcated between a head part 2 with unpeeled husk and a tail part 3 with unpeeled husk. The skewered shrimp has a form that the center 1 extends at one side of the skewer 4 without opening a hole in the center with the skewer, and the skewer 4 is attached through the head part 2 and the tail part 3 of each shrimp.
