<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To securely prevent the contents of an electronic file and the information generated as a predetermined program is operated from flowing out and leaking without user's knowledge in countries and regions to which export is regulated. <P>SOLUTION: When an opening request of the electronic file and a start-up request of the predetermined program are made in a user terminal 10, a management server 20 confirms a location of the user terminal 10 and an operation environment of the user terminal 10 at that time point, and when the location satisfies a predetermined position condition, and the operation environment satisfies a predetermined environment condition, opening of the electronic file and start-up of the predetermined program in the user terminal 10 are allowed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
