PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve sealing performance of a section between an oil flow out part of an oil strainer and an inner wall of a suction port of a power device while avoiding cost increase of the oil strainer by inhibiting separarion of a seal member without increasing the number of components. SOLUTION: The cylindrical oil flow out part 10 is provided on a construction member of the oil strainer. A seal member 20 formed out of an annular elastic member is assembled on the oil flow out part 10. An inner seal surface 25 contacting over all circumference of an outer circumference surface of the oil flow out part 10 is provided on an inner circumference surface of the seal member 20, and a projection part 24 fitted in a recess part 12b of the oil flow out part 10 is provided. An outer seal surface 26 contacting over all circumference of an inner wall of a suction port S of oil is provided on an outer circumference surface of the seal member 20.
