PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide bag materials connected very easily when connecting a plurality of bag materials to one another and avoiding the deviating movement of an opening gather-up rope. SOLUTION: The bag material A comprising a drawstring-shaped bag body 1 formed of a knitted fabric and having an opening, is provided with: a suspension rope 2 inserted through the knitted fabric at the opening of the bag body 1; and a holding ring 4 provided below the suspension rope 2. The holding ring 4 is mounted inserted through a knitted loop S of the knitted fabric. The holding ring 4 is mounted to the knitted fabric being tied with the opening gather-up rope 3.
