PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an outer mirror mounting structure capable of increasing the rigidity of a mirror mounting part on the whole. SOLUTION: In the door mirror mounting structure, a foam filling member 42 having high rigidity is filled in a door mirror mounting part 28 having a closed section structure in which a door mirror 30 is fastened by an anchor bolt 38 and a nut 40.
