PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably supply a shot material to a spray nozzle in a shot material blasting device by preventing the shot material from forming lumps. SOLUTION: The shot material blasting device is provided with: a conduit 11 having a supply port 11a to supply the shot material S; a shot material supply conduit 13 to receive the shot material S supplied from the supply port 11a from a receiving port 14 opened to open air at a receiving port side end part 13a to be carried; a spraying gas supply conduit 3 to supply spray gas; and the spray nozzle N to spray the shot material S carried through the shot material supply conduit 13 by the spraying gas supplied from the spraying gas supply conduit 3. It is also provided with: a vibration supply mechanism 15 to add vibration to the conduit 11 for vibrating the shot material S; and a vibration transmitting part at the receiving port side end part 13a of the shot material supply conduit 13 to transmit vibration added from the vibration supply mechanism 15 to the conduit 11 to the shot material supply conduit 13.
