摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetic nuclear resonance measuring apparatus that adjusts image distortions caused by phase dispersions accumulated under the influences of a gradient magnetic field applied to a subject for phase encoding, and the method of generating a magnetic nuclear resonance image. SOLUTION: The magnetic nuclear resonance measuring apparatus 1 comprises a gradient magnetic field generator 4 for generating a gradient magnetic field whose strength varies by position within the image pickup scope, a detector 7 for obtaining a first NMR signal undergoing the phase encoding of a subject by applying the gradient magnetic field, and also a second NMR signal undergoing the subject's phase encoding by applying a reversed gradient magnetic field, generated by the field generator 4, an image reconstructor 12 for generating a first intermediate image based on the first NMR signal and a second intermediate image based on the second NMR signal, and an image processor 13 for generating an output image based on the first and second intermediate images.
