FIELD: shoe industry, in particular, technique for vacuum moistening, forming and drying of shoe top blanks. ^ SUBSTANCE: apparatus has vacuum chamber with working fluid feeding openings and charging section positioned above vacuum chamber. Charging section is formed as reservoir with closable door. Apparatus is further provided with steam generator formed as hollow tore and vacuumized reservoir connected to vacuum pump and control system. Partition wall between vacuum chamber and charging section is made perforated. Charging section has flat crown wall. Charging section is made integral with upper chamber, is free from heaters, and may be used as air accumulator. Air is removed by means of vacuum pump from hermetically sealed chamber and vacuumized reservoir in order to create pressure upon shoetree. Chamber incorporates cylinder having stem extending through perforated partition wall to provide for lifting of shoetree with blank for additional fixing of blank on shoetree. ^ EFFECT: increased efficiency, simplified design and reduced power consumption. ^ 1 dwg |
