<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power supply circuit preventing inrush current. <P>SOLUTION: This power supply circuit 1 is provided with a standard voltage generation circuit 2 for generating a standard voltage Vs, a regulator 3 for keeping an output voltage Vout constant based on a reference voltage Vref, a capacitor 4, a discharge circuit 5, and an activation control circuit 6. The capacitor 4, which is connected in parallel between the standard voltage generation circuit 2, the discharge circuit 5, and the regulator 3, is used for charging an electric charge to gradually increase the reference voltage Vref when the regulator 3 is switched from an OFF state to an ON state.
