<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology of efficiently mass-producing a bagged electrode plate and a unit cell laminated body and a manufacturing device as well as to provide a laminated type lithium ion cell capable of being mass-produced at low cost and of high quality with a low self-discharging rate, for establishment of mass-production technology for a laminated type lithium ion cell. <P>SOLUTION: With the use of a plurality of 'cradles' with suction boards 1-4 and 'holding plates' 2-3 in circulation movement, an electrode plate (a cathode plate) 11 in a state pinched by the 'cradle ' suctioning and fixing an underside separator cutoff piece 14 and the 'holding plate' suctioning and fixing an upper side separator cutoff piece 15 is moved as it is, a top and a bottom separators of the electrode plate are thermally adhered automatically on their outer periphery, cut off, and a residue separator is removed. A bagged electrode plate (cathode plate) 16 made in the above method and an opposing electrode plate (an anode plate) are alternately laminated to manufacture a unit cell laminated body of a laminated type lithium ion cell automatically in mass. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
