PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recording medium capable of flushing an object buffer and a graphics plane in the end of a display set. SOLUTION: An AV clip generated by multiplexing a video stream and a graphics stream is recorded on a BD-ROM. A value PTS (EPOCHm DSlast[PCS]) of presentation time stamps of a packet storing a presentation control segment belonging to a final display set EPOCHm.DSlast in the graphics stream is made smaller than or equal with a value DTS (EPOCHm+1 DSfirst[PCS]) of decode time stamps of a packet storing a presentation control segment belonging to a first display set EPOCHm+1.DSfirst.
