PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical element capable of shortening the molding time and reducing the production cost. SOLUTION: An optical element 10 has a first surface 11, a second surface 12 and a reflecting surface 13, and is formed such that, for example, the light made incident substantially vertical with respect to the surface center of the first surface 11 is reflected at the surface center of the reflecting surface 13 and is emitted from the surface center of the second surface 12. Furthermore, in each of a first surface 11, a second surface 12 and a third surface 13, the wave-front aberration value at the surface peripheries is larger than the wave-front aberration value at the surface center.
