PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flap fixing structure for a fan shroud capable of easily fixing a flap on the fan shroud under a stable condition without risk of displacement and falling off. SOLUTION: In the flap fixing structure of the fan shroud 1 provided with an opening part 7 provided at a position out of a fan ventilation hole 6 and the flap 8 constructed to close the opening part 7 by its own weight and to open the opening part 7 with rotating upward by vehicle travel wind, a first fixing hole 10 and a second fixing hole 11 are provided on an upper part of the flap 8 closely in right and left, and a first fixing part 12 retaining the flap 8 in a state of passing through the first fixing hole 10 and bending to the second fixing hole direction in a roughly L-shape, and a second fixing part 13 locking on the second fixing hole 11 and preventing separation of the first fixing part 12 from the first fixing hole 10 are provided on the fan shroud 1.
